• Please note that we have a maximum of 14 kids at a time for the nerf gun party to help maintain safety in that area.  We will provide the guns and eye protection, but it is your responsibility to ensure the children are wearing them. We also recommend no children under the age of 5 be allowed to play. We will provide a staff member to assist with the supervision, but they are not responsible for the children's actions.

  We have the right to refuse service to anyone.  Any children who are deemed a safety risk or out of control will be not allowed to participate in the nerf party.  Once again, we are not responsible for the children's actions.

   I, the parent, acknowledge the existence of certain inherent risks in this type of Nerf party and hereby agree to assume all risks. I further relieve the school, its management, and assigned staff from any liability resulting from loss, whether personal belongings or bodily injury. I understand there is a no refund policy on any monies I will pay Grappling Gamers for any of its services.
