Our TUMBLING program is designed for athletes in preK through high school and is designed to challenge young athletes to reach new heights.
Each class is designed to build skills that will help athletes both physically and mentally. Goal setting, focus and confidence are just as important as flipping with this group!
Athletes will work their way from basic rolls to cartwheels to advanced flips as they move through the programs's steps and groups.

Once in the program, coaches will evaluate current skills to ensure that athletes are placed in a group that will both challenge them, but also provide attainable goals.
There are four Major Groups within our TUMBLING program with many step-up groups within those. This method allows athletes to be able to watch their own growth while learning to set goals and identifying the steps needed to reach them.
Each group has as set of skills that must be mastered as well as strength, flexibility, and body control exercises needed for continued progression.
