Led by caring and professional Northern Karate Don Mills instructors, students will learn:
- Confidence-building techniques like blocking, striking, and kicking
- Practical self-defense skills and teamwork through partner drills
- Fun, engaging activities to keep them active and energized
No experience needed – everyone is welcome!

- Day & Time: Mondays, March 31, April 7, April 14, April 28, May 05, May 12
- (No Class April 21 for Easter Monday & May 19 for Victoria Day)
- Cost: $60 + HST (6 classes) = $67.80
