Our NINJA and WARRIOR PARKOUR programs are designed for athletes in preK through first grade and are designed to challenge young athletes to reach new heights as they conquer obsacles and build strength and confidence.

Each class is designed to build skills that will help athletes both physically and mentally. Goal setting, focus and confidence are just as important as flipping with this group!

Athletes will work their way from basic jumps and hurdles  to advanced flips as they move through the programs's steps and groups.

Once in the program, coaches will evaluate current skills to ensure that athletes are placed in a group that will both challenge them, but also provide attainable goals. 

Each group has as set of skills that must be mastered as well as strength, flexibility, and body control exercises needed for continued progression.
