TLCD - Team Leadership Character Development Program / I.T.P - Instructor Training Program is a program that is being taught all over the world, by any system and martial art style to develop strong leaders and capable teachers within their martial art school.  

Allie has developed this system to teach his own students and help them on their way to becoming the best individuals possible.  This program not only enhances their ability to teach the martial arts and assist in class. It reaches into their entire life by helping them with monthly lessons.

12 Themed monthly lesson plan for the student & Weekly lessons with homework assignments.

Instructor weekly class overview complete with classroom exercises, lessons, and stories.

Instructor layout to teach the class and also guide the student through each lesson.
