High Dan Midterm
This midterm is 4th Dan and above. 4th Dans under the age of 16 may continue to midterm at their school so long as their instructor has a midterm program in place.
All 4th Dan and above are to do 1 midterm per year to stay on course for promoting.
High Dan Midterms are conducted at Spring and Fall National events.
Video submission is allowed for outside of Sacramento Region. Your instructor will conduct your midterm and upload your video.

| 8th Dan- Cheonkwon, Hansoo, Illyo |

| Ho Sin Sul Requirements: |
| 5 x Designated attack Ho Sin Sul from these 5 attacks |
| - hand grab |
| -chest grab or neck choke |
| - grab from behind (shoulder or around neck or bear hug) |
| - punch |
| -kick |
| |
| Sparring Requirements: |
| 1 round |
| |
| Board Break Requirements: |
| 2 stations ( 1 hand and 1 foot) |
