But parents see the transformation. And it’s beautiful.

Children ages 5 - 12 (rising Kindergarteners) are welcome at our camps.  They don't have to be a student to participate!

Hours of Operation

Camp hours are from 9:00 – 4:00.  For MOST WEEKS we offer free early drop off and late pick up for parents who need it.  Early drop off is between 7:30 – 9:00.  Late pick up is between 4:00 – 6:00.  Students must be picked up by 6:00 p.m. daily. There will be NO early drop off and NO late pick up on the weeks of July 14 - 18 & July 21 - 25.
 
Camp Closings

• May 26^th & 27^th  (We will not offer camp on these days to give our staff time to transition from our after school program into day camp)
• June  23^rd – June 28^th week (Overnight Camp) 
• June  30^th – July 4^th week (Closed - No camp offered)
• July 31^st & 1^st (We will not offer camp on these days to give our staff time to transition into our after school program)

Enrollment

• Camp enrollment is on a weekly basis.  You may sign up for the entire summer or just a week or two.  Students enrolling for the entire summer will receive a discounted tuition rate.  

• Students enrolled for the summer may take one week of vacation and still qualify for the discounted rate.

• Children enrolled in our camps must have the appropriate forms submitted along with their registration fee prior to the first day of attendance.

Tuition and Fees

• There is a one time enrollment fee of $35.00. This includes a camp t-shirt.

• The cost of the camp is $190.00 per week. This includes the student’s Taekwondo training, an afternoon snack and all field trips and events sponsored by MTKD.  There will be a discounted tuition rate of $175.00 per week when a student signs up for the entire summer.  Please ask us about sibling discounts.

• ***A weekly deposit of $20 per week must be paid when registering.  This payment will be applied to the fee for each week.

• The card you use to pay the weekly deposits will automatically be put on the students account.  The remaining camp balance will be automatically charged to this card on file on the Sunday PRIOR to the first day of the camp week.  If tuition is not paid by the end of the first day of camp, a $5.00 per day charge will be applied. 
• If you would like to pay with a different card or pay in advance, please let us know!

What to Bring

• Students MUST wear their camp shirt daily.  Additional shirts may be purchased for $20.00 on the next page.

• Students should bring a backpack or bag containing their belt, a water bottle, a snack, a sack lunch and a book daily.  If you prefer for your child to wear a certain type of sunscreen for field trips, please send that as well.

 
Absences and Withdrawals

• Parents must notify Midtown TKD if their child will not be attending part of the week for which they signed up.  Any cancellations require 48 hours advance notice. 

• Camps are not prorated due to absences or any other unscheduled closing.
