It’s the science of violence. This course will focus directly on the early warning signs that someone might launch an attack, run, or simply start lying to you.
Stress releases the hormones Cortisol and Adrenaline in our bodies. These two powerful drugs, like most strong drugs, produce side effects that you can detect very early on if you know what to look for. Sometimes well before any action is taken.
The well known “Fight or Flight” survival mechanism built into our brain is basically stress on steroids (literally) and happens when someone might be getting ready to attack or flee. Knowing when someone is beginning to lapse into the survival response can give you a huge advantage in de-escalation, avoidance, or defense.
This seminar breaks down the biological response to fear, the body’s uncontrollable mechanisms triggered by it, and how they manifest outwardly for anyone to see, if they’re looking for the right things.
