In our Play-Jitsu classes, we combine engaging activities like animal crawls, basic calisthenics, and fundamental Jiu Jitsu positioning techniques to create an immersive and dynamic learning experience. Your child will develop strength, coordination, and agility, essential skills for grappling and self-defense. Our experienced instructors ensure a safe and supportive environment, allowing your child to explore their abilities and grow at their own pace.

But Play-Jitsu is more than just physical training. We believe in nurturing well-rounded individuals. That's why our program includes lessons on exercise, nutrition, healthy lifestyle habits, and taking on challenges. Through these lessons, your child will develop a strong foundation for a healthy and active lifestyle, learning the importance of making positive choices and overcoming obstacles.

Classes are held twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30-5:10pm, providing a consistent schedule that fits seamlessly into your child's routine.
