That’s why we’re offering our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes in person, so people can stay engaged and maintain a sense of structure and community — right from our studio 💪.
Through the practice of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, they can enhance their physical condition while also improving their cognitive ability, managing stress, and making new friends.

We've already instituted deep sanitation protocols for the safety of our students:
- 30-second hand washing upon arrival 🤚🧼
- Nightly deep cleans & disinfecting of all surfaces per updated health & safety guidelines 🚿
- We will keep monitoring the situation closely and updating these protocols as we receive further guidance from health orgs 📰
- Small class sizes to enable social distancing (so people can stand at least 3 feet apart) 📐
- Anyone showing cold or flu symptoms will be kindly asked to leave (including staff members) 😷
A safe environment and good health are our utmost priorities, therefore:
- Children will be checked with a forehead thermometer 🌡 upon arrival/check-in.
- If your child has a higher than normal temperature, they will not be permitted to stay, and a doctor‘s👨⚕️note will be required to return.
- If during the day your child becomes sick 🤒 you will be called to pick up your child immediately.
- We will be enforcing proper 👏 hand-washing and sanitizing throughout the day.
